Director of Strategic Consulting

This is a senior role, requiring 8-10 years of experience strategically consulting key customers to develop long-term relationships. By connecting with key business executives and stakeholders you will align the business objectives of our clients with the solutions we are developing creating ongoing value to our clients.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and involvement could be in every part of the project life cycle, including:

  • Project Kickoff (internal client approach)
  • Strategic insights (map back to business goals)  
  • Review data and research (map back to ideas / goals)  
  • Metrics for success factors (Working with Operations VP and team)
  • Review and be part of key deliverables
  • Review goals and final deliverables
  • Project closure

...all the while keeping an eye out for expansion of business through current projects, or potential projects on which to bid or close with or without assistance from sales team.


  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Set up structure of newly acquired business into usable roadmap internally
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Build strong relationships with internal Program and Project Managers, and be kept apprised of the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Track and forecast key account metrics
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s satisfaction with our services and solutions
  • Work with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients while developing existing client relationships
  • Keep current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams


  • 8-10 years experience of proven consultative mindset with a backgound in account management and/or strategic marketing and planning
  • Experience in developing marketing strategic plans or roadmaps
  • Have a business development mindset
  • Experience with senior team in strategic planning
  • Clear understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and/or a deep understanding of digital marketplace
  • Experience driving metrics and insights, an understanding of KPI development
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical industry is very beneficial
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
